My husband and I moved to Society Hill in mid November 2020. We really enjoy our home at Society Hill. Moving from a house to an apartment was an adjustment, but we have found that we have plenty of storage space and living space! Our neighbors seem to be very nice and the building is relatively quiet. I really like the way the apartments are arranged in the building. The only place we share a common wall with another apartment is in the master bedroom walk-in closet and bath! We really don't hear any noise from our wall-sharing neighbor at all! Once in a while we hear a dog bark a bit. Because it is so quiet, we sometimes forget that we are living in an apartment!! Our interactions with the staff have all been very nice. They are great with customer service and are ready to answer any questions. One surprise for us is the effort for community involvement that is encouraged. For example, right before the holidays there was an appeal for donations for a charitable organization in the Camp Hill area. I like that the management are community minded and socially aware. We feel right at home here, and are looking forward to warmer weather so we can meet more of our neighbors, enjoy the beautiful landscaping and the pool!

Hello again! I probably sound like a crazy dog lady, but Tiffany just called me and took care of everything. She is the BEST! Working with her since I first moved to Society Hill last year on April 29th has been a breeze. I was only 22 at the time and she made my first time renting experience so simple and fun. Any issues are always taken care of right away, even after having a new baby last year, she bounced back to work and was there every day doing everything in her power to be sure we were happy! I’m sorry to make a deal out of a dog, I am just excited. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to my next year here at Society Hill!!!
